Great staff!! Professional. Sharon was on top of every thing through the entire process. She has a great team who supports her also!

Sharon, Lu, and their staff were great! They kept on top of every aspect of the loan process. Gave me tips when I needed them, and offered advice that made ths process much easier than it could have been.

Marshall was very helpful and repsonsive. He made my job as a realtor easy!

My lending team was great, don't get me wrong, but the process as a whole was very stressful. While I understand the "congratulations!" emails were meant to keep me motivated, it felt like "congratulations, you've jumped through another hoop...

Really appreciated the step by step approach so we knew what was going to happen next and what we needed to do to complete the loan application and closing papers
