Did not realize that the entire loan amount would be disbursed initially. I thought a HELOC was supposed to be disbursed only as I requested yet it was sent all at once

Being told in advance that we would have to send checks to the creditors and that the mortgage connect didn't even put the account numbers on the checks or fill out the whole business name. My wife has said we will never use this company again....

Overall it was a good experience. I just will admit the communication was not the best on a few occasions. The two main people we worked with would both send us information to do but would not communicate between each other that it was received...
