How well the refinancing process went from the beginning to the closing. The ease of using the app to submit document. Keeping me informed in a timely manner by email and msg when documents were needed.

I ADMIT THERE WAS A LOT OF PAPERWORK AND IN THE END IT SEEMED AS IF THERE WAS NO END IN SIGNING PAPERS. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. WE STEPPED OUT ON FAITH WITH THIS.
