Friendly, efficient, and smooth
Chad was very helpful and answered all my many questions.
Everyone was friendly, but not in a fake friendly way. You could tell they were genuinely interested in making my experience 1st class and they did just that!
Everyone involved stayed on top of the details and helped guide me through some of the more confusing aspects.

I feel my closing cost were extravagant. The communication over why the cost of my loan was going up wasn't clear. I was in a tough spot so I didn't fight but kinda wish I would've.
