The Loan agents didn't communicate effectively with the customer. The loan officers attempted to push work on the client that traditionally belongs to the Lender. This cause delays and stress unnecessary in the Loan process.

Chris our Loan Processor was outstanding. He listened to our questions and made sure we were ALWAYS up to date with requests and escalating approvals through the process to Closing, and Funding. GREAT JOB and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
