it was nothing that GoodLeap did, it was the fact that I am not computer savvy, and had a tough time in downloading photos and such. That was the only thing that made it just OK for me

You need to ask for all are paperwork all at once if possible. You need to have more choices on the same information. Agent Monica Hurtado did an excellent job. She went way out of her way in helping us. She gets an A+ in her performance.
