Joseph was kind, patient, and understanding of difficult situation. my loan process originally started over a year ago but due to unforeseen circumstance it was postponed. Joseph checked in and was always patient.

The Loan agents didn't communicate effectively with the customer. The loan officers attempted to push work on the client that traditionally belongs to the Lender. This cause delays and stress unnecessary in the Loan process.
