Greg was always a phone call away from any questions I had, and had an answer for all of them. If he didn’t answer he would call me back within 10-20 minutes everytime. Very pleasant to work with.
Heather and her team were very communicative and helpful, and the loan process was made very clear, all the documents were helpfully explained so that I knew where the money was going and how much everything would end up costing.
