All of my questions were answered. They were all on top of things and made sure that the loan process kept moving forward even when I was a little slow to respond and to get them documents.

Melissa explained and clarified the banking terms into layman terms. She was always available to answer our questions. She actually kept in contact with us for a number of years until we were able to find the right house.

I never really had to wait when questions were asked. I was updated on a regular basis. The team did great at explaining all questions when I did not understand certain things.
