everything was GREAT as a first time home buyer EXCEPT for the new buyer course i had to take. that was honestly the most infuriating waste of time in the form of a "formality" that i'd ever had to participate in. nobody i know had to do it...

Mitchell was very on top of the whole process and communivated with me along the way. We hit many speed bumps but he never gave up and was always available when I had questions.
