Shannon was very thorough and was very prompt in her communication!
I feel that Mitchell really went to bat for us on getting things accomplished. I know our process was a difficult one for him to handle and he got the job done.
Very easy to communicate with and share goals and needs. Sam was receptive to work with us for pre-approval, even on the weekend, and then made the transaction process simple. He knows his stuff.
