What would have made my experience better would have been if underwriting would have ask for papers all at once instead of something different everyday and even asked for papers at the last minute.

Tracy went out of her way to help my wife an I through the process. It could be 8pm on a Friday and she would still provide us the stuff we needed to put an offer on a house. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is purchasing a house.
