Rick was able to explain the loan process in a way that I understood it. He also kept me informed about the set backs due to the condo insurance. Then he did everything he could to make sure that I could still close on the day I wanted to.

Rick was able to explain the loan process to me so that I understood it the first time. He also kept me informed about the condo insurance set back and he was able to still get everything ready so that I could close on time
