My only complaint was there were are least 3 people that were sending e-mails from the bank. Add that to all the e-mails from moving companies and real estate for selling and buying, it made it more complicated to categorize emails.
Gabby was very patient and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions in detail when I needed answers.
