Working with Patrick was easy and made the process as pleasent as possible. He was very attentive and got back to me as fast as possible. I am not sure how many loans he does at the same time, but it felt like I was his only client.

JD made it great! Wasn't a smooth transaction due to circumstances with the seller and it being a transaction with no realtors, but JD didn't let that bother him and stayed professional and consistent the whole way through!
