Carol made me feel very taken care of during a process that can feel very very overwhelming. She was professional, confident in her expertise and extremely nice!
Communication with Carole was excellent. Very pleasant to work with. She was helpful when we had questions or concerns. Even answered my text messages on a weekend. Highly recommend Carole.
Receiving word our loan agreement had been declined by underwriters on a Friday of a holiday weekend 3 days prior to closing was quite upsetting. In the end we had the ability to adapt to the change; but, still was an unpleasant experience....

Submit disclosure documents earlier in the process and confirm loan terms at least 2 weeks prior to closing. The reason we initially went with First Horizon was you offered a lower downpayment which was changed too late in the process
