My husband's and my mortgage loan officer, Israel Vance, went out of his way to walk us through the loan process. His attention to details and willingness to answer ALL of our questions with patience and respect meant the world to us.
WhIke there were some delays and cross communication issues, overall First Horizon did a fantastic job of closing two propeeties properties for us very quickly .
