If I could give a score higher than a 10, I would. She was amazing.
Stephen was a excellent loan officer. He's very educated on all aspects of the process & made everything very easy. If I buy another property then I will be using Stephen again.
Clearer communication of responsibilities and expectations for everyone involved. Also a more professional approach to property appraisal. Yhere were Lots of moving parts throughout the process but we felt as the customer too much was delegated...
