My reason is that I prefer sitting face to face with someone. I did not care for all the emails from multiple people and phone calls. I will add that Bill Roland always returned my calls promptly.

I highly recommend this company. One of the best experiences I have had and Rob LaLance was amazing. Rob took my call any time or day, explained things to where I could understand the process and I felt like I was talking to family.
