The overall experience was great. The only hiccup for us was at signing. We never actually received a final closing statement and came to signing with a check for closing and had to being in another $2200.00 which really caught us off guard....

Steve is friendly, professional and was always on top of the loan, even after it passed into the underwriting stage. We were able to get funded with a 21 day escrow which we've never been able to do with any other lender.
