Accurate numbers that wouldn't change everytime I asked and to explain better why they did change if they did not just saying you have to many numbers to juggle. also taking blame and fixing your mistakes

Hi Matthew!The closing date changed 4 times so that always changes the numbers. So sorry that you weren't happy! I tried my best and was on vacation and took time out to send you the closing disclosures with all the numbers listed each time...

James was very responsive and reactive during a quick process. He truly pulled out the stops and made it happen with a great attitude. We got some late curve balls and his flexibility made it happen. Thanks!
