I was sometimes asked two, provide the information more than once. The whole process was very confusing. It should never have been this difficult to buy a house and be approved for a loan.

Very efficient and responsive team. Both Josh and Aimee worked with u, guiding us through every step of the process. The ability to upload and tracks docs via portal/app was very useful.
