It started off pretty good but doing the middle and end of the process it started to go downhill. The lack of communication and knowledge seem to become very evident

All the communication and the explanation on everything this was our first home and we didnt know the process or anything like that they worked overtime and answered any questions we had whenever we had them weekends nights it did not matter...
