Professional loan went smoothly but would have like to have had a bit more personal service to help explain important documents. More of a sit down approach would have been nice.

Made an inherently complex process very simple, completed the full process in 10 days, which is amazing. David also got us a lower mortgage rate than we had with the other guys.
