The only negative was the percentage of the house was 6.8 from 6.3 expected rate, but had n nothing but positive experience. Was smooth, fast and always kept on the loop of the whole process.

Helpfulness of everyone at Envoy

Andrea and her team had to take over from another Mortgage team that had dropped the ball and got me qualified within 10 days to close on my original close date. The went above and beyond to focus on my prooblem and help me to get it resolved....
