Eric is so friendly, easy to get ahold of, and answered all of my questions whenever I had them. He really walked me through the process as a first time homebuyer and made the experience easy.

Easy to contact and work with on the loan. When we had to pivot, for reasons outside of our control, Jennifer was able to rewrite the loan so we could still purchase the home.

Things went quite Smoothl. i I enjoy everything happening electronicall. My only wish is that all the paperwork requests could happen at once and not so spread out so I could allot the correct amount of time. Probably not possible so still...
