He was very helpful and answered all my questions and phone calls. Everyone in the team was great, Betsy and Laura were very responsive and very pleasant. Buying a house was not easy, but they made the process of getting the loan easy.
The process was simple and easy. The Element team provided prompt and clear communication every step of the way, and the process wasn't cumbersome or time-consuming as I had expected.
