Very friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond to help everything fall into place!
The rate lock didn’t happen until I asked, but as a new home buyer I didn’t know I had to ask. I missed out on a lower rate because of it. Other companies offered it up to me previously.
Always took the time to answer any question that we had. And made sure that we understood every step of the way.
