eric was amazing! as a 1099 there is a lot of work to do re loans. eric took care of everything. it was very easy! eric knows the industry and a ton about construction loans. I would def use eric again!

Tim and his team were great to work with and made the entire process easier than I expected. Everyone worked diligently to close on time and my builder was happy. Builder recommended Tim and I'm glad I took their advice!
