Eric really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that wants serious customer service with great attention to detail.

it costs an extra $52 to pay your mortgage on line. a " convenience fee " Forces you to go into the bank, and I pay al my bills online. its archaic, Id like to refi out of that bank.
