I liked how he communicated the progress as his buyer was going through the buying process.
Michael did a great job getting us to the closing table. Steve Willemin (loan processor) on the other hand disappeared and stopped communicating. He wouldn't return any phone calls, text or emails. Rarely have a loan processor act in that manor...
