Communication was prompt and transparent. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and documents were handled efficiently. Dan went out of the way to make sure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Dawn was helpful and got what we needed to have done after we had been passed to many other people. We are thankful she got us taken care of when we sat down with her.
