I would suggest a written process document that outlines the steps and requirements to process a commercial loan both for the buyer and Seller. This would clearly outline the process and necessary documents along with cost and timeline estimates....

Dan joined Dart Bank in March of 2021 and brings 15 years of Community Banking experience. Dan began his career with a community bank in the Lansing area. Holding positions first in retail, mortgage lending, & consumer lending, he later made the transition to Commercial Lending.
His duties include business lending, and establishing relationships that benefit the customer’s needs.
Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1992. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his three children, biking, skiing or sailing. He has been with the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan as a Board Member for over 10 years.
