Great communication and customer service. All questions were answered promptly and at all hours of the day and night.
Communication with Todd was very good but we are left with the impression that internal communication within the bank was slow aand not always clear

Ben was the first to alert all parties as soon as there was new information. He made just that clients and realtors were on the same page & went above and beyond to shuffle closing sooner then deadline.
