I would suggest a written process document that outlines the steps and requirements to process a commercial loan both for the buyer and Seller. This would clearly outline the process and necessary documents along with cost and timeline estimates....

Everything was fine on Ben's part. I was just excided about moving into my new home. I most likely drove Ben crazy. lol.

Very easy to work with. Answered all my questions in a very timely matter. only thing I wish would have been different would have been option for escrow. But other than that everything was gre. No complaints ! Very smooth transaction!
