    Michael was professional but not local and we have many trusted local lenders that I would utilize first. I know he has zero control over appraisals but the appraisal issue was very disappointing to say the least.

    The appraisal got done quickly even though you are out of state. Then we ended up closing early! Great rate for a second home buyer.
