The process was good, been my first DSCR, and everybody it was very Helpful. Just one think for next time if the Number change please let the customer knows, and not to find out at closing time! Thank you!!

We were down to the wire of the closing day and still title could not close due to lender not approving the funds.

I was told that there was a $1300 lender credit and there was none. I sat at southeastern title company for 3.5 hours waiting to close. Ended up being homeless for 24 hours. I applied for a 30 yr mortgage and ended up with a 25 year mortgage...
