Friendly, very efficient, quick to solve the problems. I like this bank. the only thing I may concern is the rate of the money market is way below the top rate bank (Fifth-Third bank)
It was the easiest process I ever had to go through. Peggy and her team made it so easy.
The information provided when I called prior to coming in answered all my questions. When I came in the Branch Manager was a pleasure to work with to open my 2st CIBM account a CD.
