    TJ was very helpful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable with my questions. I am old school when it pertains to contracts and paperwork. Doing everything electronically, was not as hard as I thought it would be.

    Problems with the appraisal coming in considerably less than the value of the home. I was initially told we could use the appraisal from October 2023 since the house was a new build at that time. That appraisal came in a $615K and the one done...
