The communications, by phone, text and email were regular, informative, and detailed. There was never a time when we did not know the next step in our mortgage process.
Jim and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful. They seamlessly walked us through each step. They were also able to get us through the process quickly, so we were able to close in 15 days.
