I wish there was better communication between us, the lender, and the builder. As a first time homebuyer, I wish we were given more guidance and advice on the matter. Towards the end of the process, communication increased.
Steven was great to work with. very knowledgeable answered all of our questions and you could tell he was looking out for our best interest during this process. Would highly recommend him to any friends or family.
