The overall loan processing experience was fine, but the constant badgering to take this survey was borderline harrassment. I received no less than eight (8) emails to take this survey. That's uncalled for. I was even receiving several of them...

Jonathan was great and was there when I needed answers or follow-up and would call me when I asked for a call back, he even went out of his way to follow up when my notary failed to show up and that was not really his job at that point.
