Too many emails wanting the same information that was already provided or I was told to ignore. And a lot of things for a manufactured home that shouldn't be needed and was never needed for other loans and was not told this stuff up front

Even a mortgage is a big process, Amerisave and Mikhail made it very easy and if the technical stuff did not work as it should, he was very responsive and I just forwarded everything to him and he took care of it. Very fast response on emails...

Well there was an awful lot of paperwork. And I still don;'t know when or how I start paying this back. Adam Glenn was a big help with getting all my questions answered.
