Robert was a very attentive person when it came to me being able to understand what was going on with the whole process. He tried to make it as personal as possible and that was a breath of fresh air. Would for sure recommend!!

It's always a pleasure doing business with Stephen Knorr and the pros at The Knorr Group of Alcova Mortgage. They are always very responsive and hard working.

Rates were inline with other banks and even the online only mortgage lenders. But the others don't have excellent customer service that Alcova has. The process was so smooth we'll be returning in the future!
