Cari did an excellent job guiding me through the whole process and made sure that everything went smoothly. I always new exactly what the next steps were. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
Interest rates were not explained at all until it was too late. When I asked, I was quoted a rate and nothing more was said until days later when I was told I wasn't getting what I was quoted.
