The staff treated me as if mine was the only loan they had. Constant communication with loan status and quick to reply to all questions. If I ever need another mortgage they will be my only call.

I was kept well informed throughout the entire loan process. The lending team were very thorough and helped me with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Cole and Waterstone to anyone needing a mortgage or refinance!

Process was straightforward and easy to understand. Documents requested orderly, and able to scan them in and forward, which is much easier. Couldnt have been more business like.
