Chuck was amazing! He communicated very well. We never felt like we were left in the dark. He went above and beyond to help make our dream home a reality!
Chuck is the MAN! I turned to him when another lender dropped the ball...He stepped in and saved the day! I even closed earlier than expected. Rapid Mortgage is the place to go, don't waste your time looking elsewhere.
Everything was great until the end. The lack of communication caused a lot of stress for my Seller and Me. There were many times we didn't know what was going on or what the problem was that kept delaying closing.
Chuck and his team were easy to work with and response time was fast and accurate with documents. He and his team answered all our questions without hesitation!
