Chuck is the BEST! He comes through EVERY SINGLE TIME!! He is the only loan officer that does what he says and he's just a great guy! I would encourage everyone to use him for all of your loan needs.
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff along with the time line for the entire process was fantastic! The appraiser was wrong for trying to slow the market on his own with old comps but that doesn't reflect on RMC.
Chuck is a great communicator and always kept me in the loop with where we were at and what was needed from me.
