Overall, the process was very straightforward and easy to navigate. When I did have questions, the team was always available to answer them.
Better communication overall. Felt that we were scrambling towards the end I had kept resending paperwork that I knew I had already sent. I miss two days of work due to miscommunication.
Closing was set and no one told us that the paperwork had not been sent to the title company. Did not get to close on set date. Had to miss time from work twice. Lea did not communicate that this was a problem. Asked to have paperwork next...
