Chris: Worked with us to get our credit score up because another lender pulled our credit while during financing and it dropped below their loan threshold. Basically, we lost $600 non-refundable deposit with the other guys. That's when I called...

This process was really disorganized and took longer than needed. Too many people involved and lack of communication between them
